The blade is a variable-section space twisted wing-shaped blade, and the wheel shell adopts a non-channel wind-clip type. The blade is positioned by the pair of wheel-type wheel shells, and the blade installation angle can be arbitrarily adjusted according to user needs. It can be adjusted to reverse flow of the blades for reverse ventilation. The blade symmetry can also be divided into positive and negative reversal to achieve forward and reverse ventilation, and the blade can be used for static infinite adjustment by the angle of 15-40°.
