The centrifugal fan requires full sealing and no air leakage. Therefore, an exhaust pipe is placed above the bearing. There is a gap between the casing and the bearing. Even if the bearing sleeve is sealed, air will leak. Therefore, a hole is made on the bearing sleeve to go out of the exhaust pipe. The leak will come out of the tube.
